Ms. Gilson is Director of Development for Cain Global Partners. She has 25 years of experience in marketing, operations, and project management, spending 16 years with the Am Law 100 firm of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. During her time at the law firm, Ms. Gilson held a number of senior marketing and business development positions, including serving as Acting Director of Marketing where she oversaw a team of 20 professionals and helped set strategic direction. She has also spearheaded several long-term projects for the country’s largest life sciences real estate provider.

Ms. Gilson received her BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she also interned in the University’s Sports Information Department and served as Treasurer for her 180-member sorority. Ms. Gilson has served on various boards and committees during her career, including the Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED), Knowing God Ministries (KGM), Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, SE Bio, UNC-CH’s Beta Upsilon Foundation, and the Wake Education Partnership. She is an active member of Hope Community Church and has been inducted into her high school’s Sports Hall of Fame.
